Why did you decide to come to ANMsoft?

I applied to ANMsoft as a fresher and was offered a position to work on a Banking and Financial domain project which I found very interesting and challenging and thus decided to join ANMsoft.

What is your favorite perk/benefit about working at ANMsoft?

The biggest benefit which ANMsoft offers is flexible working hours and at times we are also allowed to work from home.

What's been the biggest surprise about working at ANMsoft?

Personally for me it is benefit to work from home and cooperative team.

What has been the most amazing experience or day you've had at ANMsoft thus far?

Regular project and company parties which are very enjoyable and it is something we all look forward to.

The biggest surprise for working at ANMsoft is that you are not judged by your seniority but with your performance. The management and seniors here are open to new ideas and suggestions and always support you in your initiatives.

The most amazing experience was when we successfully delivered a critical project on time with positive client feedback.

I have been hearing about the growth that this company was set to achieve. I always wanted to be a part of team which would initiate into newer ventures. Such experience are challenging and provides a lot of learnings.

I have been given enough opportunity to prove myself. I get the opportunity to interact with Business as well as Technical Teams. I get all support from technology which makes my role simple. Since technology is ANMsoft's strength, so I have imbibed a lot of solution building skills which I can go and present to different set of customers.

What's been the biggest surprise about working at ANMsoft?

Deep relationship with the industry leaders, Commitment to work, Delivery of projects on time and support from all colleagues. The process are well defined and really eases the friction of work in terms of expectations & deliverables.

What has been the most amazing experience or day you've had at ANMsoft thus far?

I was out to attend a business exhibition for 5 continuous days with my Manager. Just imagine how energy draining it can become; meeting people all day with no time for anything else but ultimately it turned out to be a great learning experience with a lot of fun put into it Apart from this, the Friday evening parties are just awesome.
